Best Bank distinguishes itself by placing customers first and offering inventive financial solutions. Established in 2021, it revolutionized the financial landscape with a complete shift to digital services, while others were still rooted in physical locations. More than just a transaction hub, Best Bank serves as a strategic ally for investment-related endeavors, enabling global investments without the border constraints imposed by traditional banks.

Their identity, website, and app were starting to become obsolete. Once on top of the digital game, all banks now also provide fully digital services, both in investing and home accounts. How can Best Bank become once again a reference in banking?
// Solution
A fully refreshed identity, a new design system, and a new tone of voice. A bank of the future; Your Future Bank. A no-bullshit bank. One of the main features that Best Bank’s clients praised was their customer service. With that as our starting point, we designed a dialogue voice that could serve as the container for all online and offline communications, becoming the most prominent graphic element in the identity. From big round buttons that convey friendliness, and bright and modern colors, to quizzes that allow gamification dynamics to investments, the redesign puts Best Bank in its Best place to be; Closer to the consumer.
